To everyone at Undiscovered Country: I am writing this in praise of your fine business. I have been wanting to climb Mt. Diablo the last couple of times I had visited the San Francisco area, but had not been able to for various reasons. On my last trip this past September I was going to make this happen and instead of bringing my bike out and dealing with the hassle I searched on the Internet for companies to rent bicycles from in the San Francisco area. Your website was easy to navigate, the options available for bike set up were fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable. So I made my reservation. I was very happily surprised when I came to pick up my bike for the week to see a well-maintained, unabused, high-end bike outfitted the way I needed to be able to make my way up Diablo. Everything about the experience was pleasant. Customer service, the bike, and the price were all excellent. I highly, highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to rent a quality bicycle to enjoy the absolutely beautiful and challenging roads of Northern California, and the Bay area. You will receive great service, and a great bike. What's not to love. Thank you so much, Paul Wendeln
